Campus Philly Kickoff was a great success this year- the weather was beautiful, the bands were rockin' and Philadelphia area college students came out in droves. I worked at one of the Campus Philly volunteer tables for a few hours in the afternoon taking down e-mail sign ups for our weekly newsletter and there were lots of my fellow graduate students out there, enjoying the free museums and concerts.
Now, I hope that all of you will be attending the Connections event this Thursday. Just as a reminder- it will be taking place from 4-7 PM at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and there will be a special graduate student networking hour from 5:45 to 7.
