AIDS Walk Philly was a huge success this year- the energy was high and the crowds spirited on a beautiful and unseasonally warm October Sunday. I completed the 8.9 mile walk with my friend Sarah from home and it was amazing to see so many groups of people dedicated to such an important cause. We collected a combined $70 in donations and enjoyed the opportunity to see a beautiful part of Philadelphia along the way. Here is a photo of us before the walk:

This may sound random, but I was wondering if one of the girls in the photo was a St. Mary's College of Maryland alum because she looked very familiar.
